To us, nothing is more satisfying than giving customers peace of mind in knowing that a tree that has been bothering them for months has finally been removed. That they can sleep easy knowing that that old dead tree will not fall on their house or their neighbor’s yard and cause a great deal of damage. What a lot of people do not know about our business is that it is not about the trees that we do cut down that make us keep going, but it is about the trees that we don’t cut down.
A fallen tree can cause a great deal of damage to property, and a lot of the time, people don’t realize that this is the case until it is much too late. This is why we have been proactive in our approach, offering tips on when to cut a tree down and also being honest by telling people when they may need need our services. We cannot predict the future, nobody can, which is why we tell people to err on the side of caution when it comes to removing a tree. That tree may never come down, or it might.
This is why
We have always urged our customers to think honestly about the problems that certain trees are causing. It is often difficult to tell whether a dead tree is going to fall, but the question is more about when than if. Even if the tree does not fall, it is usually an eyesore and most people are glad that they had the tree removed even if we tell them that it may never have fallen. This is the difficult part of our job, the uncertainty in telling people our honest opinion when it comes to whether or not a tree absolutely needs to be removed.
